MIKE IZZARD
FOUNDER & TRAINER
As founder of MI TEAM TRAINING Mike brings with him a wealth of experience from his aviation and first aid training background.
With considerable mentoring, training and management experience Mike has an engaging approach to learning gaining positive results.
Mike is heavily involved in MI Team Training business development along with all aspects of the team's training commitments. Mike believes that challenges that he has had to overcome, both personally and professionally, have given him a thorough understanding of mental health issues and ways in which Mike can support your employees through awareness and training.
When not at work Mike enjoys time with his family, travel, golf and live music.

Occasionally we use the services of a number of skilled freelance trainers who specialise in First Aid At Work and Mental Health First Aid training.
All of our freelance team are trained to the highest standard and hold the relevant accreditation in their field of training.
Prior to the commencement of your training course your trainer will be in touch to discuss your requirements and any individual learner needs.. The awarding body complete periodic audits and we have our own quality assurance audits schedule.
