• MI Team Training cover the whole of mainland Great Britain - additional charges may apply dependent on geographical location.

• Please contact us to discuss date availability, location and course requirements.

• A deposit of 25% is payable in order to secure the requested course(s).

• You will be invoiced and the balance is payable prior to the start of the course(s)

• The deposit will be retained if a course(s) is/are cancelled giving more than 14 days notice from the start of the course(s). 

• The full balance of the course(s) is payable if a course(s) is/are cancelled by the customer giving less than 14 days notice from the start of the course(s).

• Full booking terms and conditions will be issued with booking confirmation.

• MI Team Training do not provide any special needs equipment or personnel, such as signers or translators, however in order to promote inclusive learning we are happy to accommodate at the customers cost.
